Swan song is one of the first works of Anton Chekhov. It is about the last
remarkable work of an artist. Svetlovidov, an elderly and sick actor meets his admirer (his
voice), remembers his texts and most likely hears the steps of a strange character to come..
As an epilogue to this story, the old master sitting in the typical lodges of Theru Koothu will
face Death who claims to be his pupil and his best audience. She offers him to play together
a last scene. The master chooses the scene of the killing of the Ape King Bali by the
legendary hero Rama.
